“They switched to a TV cable network hard for old people to get their channels. Phone in room did not work unable to call the desk. Had to wait 15 minutes before someone s howed up at the desk.”

“Clean linens, but there was still hair in the shower, the jacuzzi felt like you were going to fall through it when you were standing in the shower, and the external part of the jacuzzi where it covers the motor was falling off of the tub/wall. The shower wall (plaster) was falling apart, and it was questionable as to if we would find used needles on the carpet based off of the feel of the hotel. Anywhere we went, we were eyed like we were going to get mugged, and we weren't even dressed fancy.”

“Everything went well from check-in to check-out. The room was great. The shower was outstanding! Great breakfast with good selections. I would stay here again.”

“The pool was closed, much to our disappointment. There was notice of pool being closed when booked and staff said it was on the Website putting blame on us. They did refer us to the 3 public pools, one of which was closed and the other 2 had an unknown wait time for over capasity. The YMCA requires membership, which the staff misinformed us about.”

“There is a storage trailer in the parking lot that looks like it's been there for years, a homeless camp out back behind the pool(which was filled with green water), and a bare minimum breakfast.”

“Our first room literally smelled like raw sewage. They changed our room to a room that smelled, but at least it wasn’t raw sewage. I travel all the time and never give a bad review. I went to the bistro and ordered an old-fashioned. They charged me $12 and I left a three dollar tip charge to my room. 10 minutes later a different bartender told me that I can’t make it a room charge and gave me a new bill charging $14 without telling him you should raise the price. “We checked in and left after entering the room… Place is in very bad shape, room smelled… Lady in the front desk was very nice. We did not get our money back.”

“The WiFi was not a safe site. The Motel computer was not functioning. The continental breakfast was poor. No plain oatmeal cereal. Few food and fruit selections. Air conditioning for the room was very good. Room was clean and beds comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful.”

“We weren't informed it was a smoking room until we arrived. This caused us to check out early. Upon checking in, there was no staff at the front desk. We waited around for a good 5 minutes, calling for someone, until two staff came in the front door to check us in.”

“We loved our stay at this Springhill. We were greeted very kindly by the woman at the front desk. Our room was super cozy and spacious. The bed was comfy and the bathroom was big with a nice walk-in shower. The only thing that was not great was the shower pressure. Overall, we were very pleased and will stay at this hotel again.”
